What We’re Looking For: 2 to 5 years of post-call Commercial Real Estate expertise from a reputable Canadian law firm. In-house experience is also welcomed. Transaction Experience - Proficiency in the purchase and sale of investment properties across various asset classes for regional and national investors. Development Acumen - Familiarity with development approvals and complex subdivisions for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Leasing Expertise - Experience in leasing within the retail, office, and industrial sectors. Impeccable interpersonal and client service abilities, strong initiative, and a collaborative spirit. Organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple time-sensitive priorities are a must. Above average academics and qualified to practice law in Canada.
