Duration: 6 Months (Extension Possible) Job Description: We are seeking an Accountant III to provide day-to-day operational support within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is primarily focused on outbound client transfer follow-ups, updating internal systems, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of information. The position offers a collaborative team environment, strong training support, and opportunities for professional growth. Candidates will work in a call center environment and interact with external financial institutions while handling sensitive customer data. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to financial institutions to follow up on client transfer requests. Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transfer activities. Update and maintain internal systems with accurate information and documentation. Perform data entry and case management activities. Work with imaging and workflow management systems. Monitor and manage assigned tasks while meeting daily productivity targets. Participate in daily team huddles and collaborate with team members to resolve issues. Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling customer-related information. Experience: Must have 1-2 years of operations experience within banking, financial services, or a related environment. Must have strong phone-based customer interaction or call center experience. Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Must possess strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience working with customer data in a regulated environment is preferred. Previous experience in wealth management operations is a plus. Bilingual French and English language skills are an asset. Skillsets: Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets and macros. Ability to learn and use macro-enabled Excel tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Professional interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette. Experience with ticketing, workflow, imaging, or case management systems preferred. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Note: Education: University Graduate.
