Job Title: Finance Manager Job Type: Permanent position, On-site, 5 days a week, Calgary, AB Job Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 / Year Finance Manager Location: Calgary, Alberta Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Reporting to the Controller, the Finance Manager will lead the accounting team across the Americas and support the delivery of accurate and timely IFRS financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, reviewing team deliverables, preparing technical accounting analyses, overseeing tax and audit activities, and assisting with multi-currency consolidations. Required Education & Experience CPA designation. Minimum 4+ years of post-designation experience. Completed CPA articling in external audit at a recognized public accounting firm. Prior people leadership experience. Extensive IFRS knowledge. Multi-functional-currency consolidation experience. Industry experience considered an asset. Required Skills & Competencies Strong people leadership and coaching abilities. Extensive knowledge of the revenue-to-receivables cycle. Extensive knowledge of the purchases-to-payables cycle. Advanced IFRS technical expertise. Adaptable and able to learn quickly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong review and mentorship skills. Self-directed and proactive. Highly organized and deadline-driven. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Requirements
