SETUP: 4 days/week in office, 1 day remote, located downtown Toronto. CONTRACT: 6 months START DATE: ASAP About the Opportunity Senior Analyst Investment Operations – 6 Month Contract Responsibilities Support investment closings, including documentation review, system setup, transaction processing and settlement. Manage daily trading activity, cash events and the lifecycle of investment transactions. Maintain accurate investment records, positions, reconciliations and asset servicing activities. Support complex fixed income investments and monthly/quarterly valuation reviews. Investigate and escalate discrepancies or operational issues as required. Partner with internal teams, asset managers and service providers to resolve issues and meet reporting requirements. Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant investment operations experience Experience working with fixed income Strong understanding of settlements, reconciliations, valuations and asset servicing. Strong analytical and financial skills with advanced Excel proficiency. CFA, CPA or CSC (enrolled or completed) is considered an asset. JOB ID: 306477
