A collaborative, business‑partner mindset — able to translate tax technical detail for Product, R&D, and People stakeholders. Strong project management skills and comfort operating autonomously in a fast‑scaling environment. Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools (e.g., research automation, provisioning working papers, compliance workflows) and interest in modernizing the tax function.
