Job summary

About the opportunity: Support compliance activities across business operations, regulatory obligations, third-party relationships, contractual matters, new initiatives, privacy, complaints, and ethics-related matters. Monitor regulatory and legislative developments and assist with implementing compliance changes and remediation plans. Maintain compliance programs, policies, procedures, training materials, and awareness initiatives. Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, incident documentation, and regulatory monitoring records. Conduct compliance reviews and internal audits, including due diligence and documentation controls. Monitor third-party service providers to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Support regulatory filings, licensing activities, and communications with relevant regulatory authorities. Track, investigate, and respond to customer or stakeholder complaints in accordance with internal policies. Coordinate privacy and data protection matters with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. About you: 4+ years of experience in a Compliance role, including working with regulatory authorities, risk identification, research, and project/agenda coordination Insurance industry experience Excel- putting together tables, reading/researching profitability reports This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Highspring’s client. Requirements

Requires 4+ years of experience in a compliance role with a background in risk identification and regulatory authority interaction. Experience in the insurance industry and proficiency in Excel for profitability reporting are required.
