Compliance Analyst

About the opportunity: Support compliance activities across business operations, regulatory obligations, third-party relationships, contractual matters, new initiatives, privacy, complaints, and ethics-related matters. Monitor regulatory and legislative developments and assist with implementing compliance changes and remediation plans. Maintain compliance programs, policies, procedures, training materials, and awareness initiatives. Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, incident documentation, and regulatory monitoring records. Conduct compliance reviews and internal audits, including due diligence and documentation controls. Monitor third-party service providers to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Support regulatory filings, licensing activities, and communications with relevant regulatory authorities. Track, investigate, and respond to customer or stakeholder complaints in accordance with internal policies. Coordinate privacy and data protection matters with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
