This is a 6 month contract with permanent potential About the Opportunity Prepare and manage monthly construction financing draws. Partner with internal stakeholders to support multiple active residential developments. About You Experience with construction financing and lender draws. Project finance experience within residential or commercial real estate. Experience working with Quantity Surveyors (QS) and cost-to-complete reporting. Strong project budgeting, financial analysis, and advanced Excel skills. CPA designation (or progress toward), CFA, or MBA is an asset. Requirements

Requires experience in project finance within real estate and familiarity with Quantity Surveyors and cost-to-complete reporting. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is considered an asset along with proficiency in accounting software.
