This role leads the daily operations of lunch service for guests looking for an elevated dining experience while on the mountain. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $21.50/hr - $26.88/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Provide knowledge and skills to front line employees through on going training and coaching Drive standards and accountability to employees Reports directly to the Steeps Manager Ensures and reinforces a safe work environment Provides hands-on leadership and direction to employees in any assigned outlet Drive employee engagement by fostering a fair and harmonious work environment Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and food preparation areas Job Requirements: Previous supervisory experience Prior experience working in a fine dining restaurant Demonstrate our core values: Safety First, Striving to be The Best, and showing that We Care A team player with a positive, can-do attitude A professional and responsible approach to problem solving, taking responsibility of discovered issues Always show up on time, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy Qualifications: High level of customer service Must have B.C.
