Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $24.00/hr - $32.00/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Lead Terrain Park Attendants and Groomers efficiently through the daily Terrain Park Operations and nightly design and construction plan Performs a daily assessment of risk, feature inspections, maintenance, and testing of all features Directs leads, attendants, and operators to complete projects and general maintenance in an efficient and carefully planned manner Assist Ski Patrol on accident investigations Act as liaison between attendants and upper management and other departments Assist in the development of nightly grooming plans for Terrain Parks Responsible for park operations/decision making when manager is unavailable Act as role model regarding employee development and guest service-related initiatives Assist in all trainings for Terrain Park Attendants including the implementation of all necessary tools and equipment Ongoing development of standard operating procedures and Best Practices Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of terrain park experience  - preferred Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience - preferred Must have a valid driver's license Ability to work outside in alpine environment Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Must have own ski or ride equipment In completing this application, and when submitting related documentation, applicants may redact information that identifies their age, date of birth, and/or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. The Lead Terrain Park Crew is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining terrain park features while leading a team of attendants and groomers. They also act as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring safety standards and operational efficiency are met.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience and 3 years of terrain park experience. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to work in an alpine environment while lifting up to 50 pounds are required.
