Oversee procurement agreements, tenders, and supplier contracts for the Terminals and Pipeline group, including negotiations, contract compliance, supplier evaluation, and purchasing processes. Supervise purchasing and store staff, manage critical orders and supply risks, monitor budgets and project progress, and improve procurement and store operations.

Oversee procurement, tenders, supplier contracts, purchasing, and inventory operations for terminals and pipelines, including negotiations, supplier assessments, critical purchases, and supervision of a buyer and storekeeper. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, manage procurement systems and budgets, monitor deliveries and project progress, and identify improvements while protecting the company’s interests.

Coordinate the Canadian Public and Government Affairs department’s internal and external activities, including social investment programs, budgets, donations, sponsorships, and community volunteering communications. Develop and coordinate communications content and materials, support events and regional visits, and conduct research.
