Job summary
What You’ll Do: Receive, inspect, and verify loaner and consignment surgical kits for completeness and condition Assemble, break down, and rebuild surgical kits according to defined standards and procedures Ensure all kits are accurate, fully stocked, and ready for shipment or use Operate washer/disinfector and related equipment to clean and maintain kits in compliance with quality and regulatory standards Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of kits and individual components Assist in managing inventory of kit components and supplies Identify missing, damaged, or expired components and escalate issues as needed Follow internal quality procedures and compliance standards at all times Support warehouse activities such as picking, packing, and shipping when required Collaborate with Distribution and Customer Service teams to ensure timely kit availability What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required No prior experience required — comprehensive training will be provided Experience in assembly, warehouse, healthcare, or regulated environments is an asset Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes consistently Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Why VB Spine? Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and local market conditions in Burlington, Ontario.
