This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. In this role, you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated! What You Will Do Creating a Warm Welcome: Greeting our patients and pet parents with empathy and care, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated from the moment they walk in. Managing Hospital Communication: Serving as our front-line voice by answering multi-line phones and managing client and referring veterinarian emails. Coordinating Appointments: Proactively booking visits, scheduling follow-ups, and making outbound calls to keep our patient care on track. Handling Financial Transactions: Guiding pet owners through the invoicing and billing process with clarity and compassion, confirming estimates, and processing payments. Maintaining a Comforting Space: Keeping our reception lobby and common areas clean, tidy, and welcoming for both pets and their families. Supporting Our Clinical Team: Assisting our veterinary staff with treatments and tasks while eagerly learning new medical office procedures and veterinary skills. Outstanding multi-tasking skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of reliability.
