The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily aggregate production, managing raw materials, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. They will also monitor production costs, manage maintenance requirements, and assist in mine planning to meet company financial targets. Candidates must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and a strong mechanical aptitude regarding hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity. A valid Ontario G driver's license is required, along with proficiency in SAP and excellent mathematical and reasoning skills.
