This position is a permanent full-time vacancy. Annual salary range: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 - depending on experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Visit job sites, perform ongoing CSA & ASTM concrete and raw materials testing. Records data, applying statistical quality control procedures. Promote value-added products, collect market and job information. Supervises and plans for efficient use of materials, equipment and employees. Recommend modifications of existing quality or productions standards or procedures. Reviews and supervises the work of 3rd party Concrete Testing Services. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduated from a Civil Engineering Technician (CET) program, or similar program. Fundamental knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel). Ability to perform physical tasks outside. Construction field experience would be an asset. Valid G class license and ability to drive a pick-up truck Must have a clean drivers Abstract Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
