Develop and manage sales relationships with construction professionals and dealers across the Prairies, identifying opportunities and recommending residential and commercial skylight products. Plan territory activity, deliver presentations and training, report through the CRM, and provide occasional product servicing while supporting trade and home shows.
On-site
Lead a 20-person production shift team, resolve operational production issues, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics. Monitor production indicators, support workplace safety, manage employee attendance, and evaluate employees while providing feedback.
Remote · Canada
Maintain and grow a network of dealers and contractors in Quebec through regular contact and product support. Provide on-site and virtual training to customers to improve their product knowledge and business profitability.
