Domain: Aerospace Key Responsibilities: Lead structured root cause analysis of delivery performance drivers using existing data sources and cross-functional working sessions Deep dive into manufacturing process and quality system failures to identify systemic causes of delivery delay Develop and maintain the priority framework ensuring alignment with SIOP and operational planning cycles Lead working sessions and operational review meetings driving action plan execution and monitoring progress Coordinate with manufacturing, quality and supply chain functions to validate root causes and confirm corrective action feasibility Maintain the root cause register and ensure every identified cause has a named owner, committed action and measurable outcome Support the Program Lead in escalating blockers that require senior customer authority to resolve Required Qualifications: Eligible to work in Canada and able to work on-site. 6+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or quality engineering Certified Six Sigma Green Belt minimum — Black Belt preferred Proficient in Fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto analysis and hypothesis testing applied in a manufacturing context Direct experience facilitating cross functional root cause working sessions with engineering and operations participants Working knowledge of SAP MRP — able to interpret ZC13 and ZP24 outputs independently Strong analytical skills — able to distinguish constraint from symptom in complex multi-plant environments

Candidates need at least a Six Sigma Green Belt, proficiency in manufacturing-focused root cause methods, experience facilitating cross-functional investigations, and the ability to interpret SAP MRP ZC13 and ZP24 outputs.
