Job summary

About Verlo Verlo is building the operating system for financial advisors. Advisors today juggle CRMs, email, notes, tasks, meeting software, and countless manual workflows just to serve their clients. We're bringing all of that together into a single AI-powered platform that helps advisory firms deliver better client experiences with less administrative work. We're an early-stage startup, which means everyone has a chance to shape the product, improve how we work, and have a meaningful impact on our customers. About the Role We're looking for an Implementation Manager to own the customer onboarding experience from signed agreement through successful launch. You'll work directly with advisory firms to understand their business, configure Verlo to fit their workflows, coordinate data migrations and integrations, train end users, and ensure every customer is set up for long-term success. This isn't a role where you simply follow a checklist. Every implementation is an opportunity to improve our product, documentation, and onboarding process. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to make each implementation smoother than the last. If you enjoy solving problems, managing projects, working directly with customers, and building scalable processes, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live Manage implementation timelines and customer expectations Configure Verlo based on each firm's workflows Coordinate CRM, calendar, email, and other system integrations Coordinate and validate customer data migrations Deliver customer training sessions and onboarding workshops Build trusted relationships with advisors and operations teams Identify risks early and keep projects moving Create and improve onboarding documentation, playbooks, and templates Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve blockers and improve the implementation experience Capture customer feedback that influences the product roadmap Help establish best practices as our implementation function grows What We're Looking For Excellent project management and organizational skills Outstanding written and verbal communication Comfortable leading customer meetings with executives and end users Able to manage multiple implementations simultaneously Naturally curious and proactive when solving problems Strong technical aptitude—you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable learning software, troubleshooting issues, and working with APIs and integrations Excited to work in a fast-moving startup where priorities evolve quickly Bonus Points Experience implementing SaaS products Experience working with financial advisors, wealth management firms, or fintech Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Attio Experience with data migrations or customer onboarding at scale What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you'll: Independently lead customer implementations Deliver consistently high-quality onboarding experiences Help customers reach production quickly and confidently Improve at least one internal implementation process Become a trusted partner for both customers and the Verlo team Why Join Verlo? Build something from the ground up Work directly with founders and influence product direction Help define how customer implementations scale Competitive compensation Flexible remote work Opportunity to grow into Customer Success, Operations, or leadership as the company expands If you're excited about building great customer experiences and helping shape how an early-stage company scales, we'd love to talk.
