Senior Accountant: As our Senior Accountant, you’ll play the lead role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. You'll work closely with our finance team to manage budgeting, reporting, and analysis, supporting the financial backbone of our businesses and contributing to our growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger. Prepare, analyze, and reconcile monthly financial statements and reports. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Maintain and ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory standards. Conduct cost analysis to improve profitability, especially related to materials, labor, and overhead in stone fabrication. Collaborate with operations teams to optimize cost management and support project planning. Qualifications: Post-secondary degree or college certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on manufacturing or fabrication industries. Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
