The Englehart Animal Hospital provides wellness exams, client education, dentistry, rehabilitation, in-house grooming, all while performing various surgeries. We not only run our own diagnostics in the laboratory, but also provide services for emergencies. Our ideal Veterinarian (DVM) will have 3–7 years of experience and demonstrate a high standard of medical expertise, including proficiency in surgical and dental procedures. They will be confident in making independent decisions, managing complex cases, and responding to emergencies. Primarily responsible for clinical care, the DVM will leverage their medical knowledge, teamwork, and emotional intelligence to deliver exceptional veterinary medicine and leadership for the team. We will only consider candidates who hold or are eligible to hold a General Practice Registered Veterinarian license in Ontario, at the time of their application. The DVM is primarily responsible for providing high-quality clinical care, including wellness exams, surgeries, and emergency responses. They are expected to manage complex cases and provide leadership and mentorship to the veterinary team.
