Exceptional Opportunity: Carson Automotive Group requires a results-oriented Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our energetic and dynamic team. This is a full-time position located at our Glenoak Ford dealership in Victoria, BC. Principal Duties: * Facilitates the customer buying experience with exceptional customer service; * Conducts vehicle delivery process; * Offers and accompanies customers on test drives; * Establishes strong knowledge of all products, services and accessory packages available. Position Requirements (minimum experience): * A great work ethic with excellent customer service skills; * 1 year in a Customer Service environment preferred; * High School degree of equivalent preferred; * Valid Class 5 driver’s license; * Successful applicants will be required to obtain VSA license (criminal record check required) prior to commencement of employment. Requirements

Candidates must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and a strong work ethic with excellent customer service skills. Applicants are preferred to have at least one year of customer service experience and must be able to obtain a VSA license.
