Support field technicians with administrative tasks and records, provide basic technical assistance, monitor service timelines, and promote company products and services.

Design automatic fire sprinkler systems and prepare drawings using architectural, structural, and mechanical plans in AutoCAD, Revit, and HydraCAD. Coordinate BIM models and project meetings, verify drawings, order materials using HydraList, and conduct field surveys for installation drawings.
