Job Description Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating service operations, supporting field technicians, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities include: • Answer customer calls, inquiries, and service requests in a professional and timely manner • Schedule and dispatch service calls to technicians based on priorities and availability • Plan and coordinate technicians’ workloads, inspection visits, and monthly schedules • Provide administrative support to field technicians and maintain service-related documentation • Create and manage service calls, work orders, and related records; • Provide basic technical assistance and direct customer concerns to the appropriate internal resources • Monitor service activities to ensure work is completed within established timelines • Promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers Success Factors • Administrative certificate from a recognized college or university or High School diploma with equivalent relevant experience • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position (an asset) • Strong computer skills and very good knowledge of Windows software • Strong customer service skills • Be resourceful and have a good work organization Why Join Viking? • Viking values, respects, and supports the interests of its employees from all walks of life.
