PHYSIOTHERAPIST – PART-TIME Vineland Physiotherapy is growing! We are seeking a part-time or full-time Physiotherapist to join our physiotherapist-owned rehabilitation clinic located in Vineland, right in the heart of beautiful wine country. We are centrally located and easily accessible within the Town of Lincoln in the Niagara Region of Ontario. The area offers a scenic, relaxed commute with none of the congestion you find in larger city centres. About You You are a motivated, compassionate clinician who enjoys working in a supportive, community-focused environment. The ideal candidate: Has graduated from an accredited university Is registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Possesses strong manual therapy skills Is proficient with caseload management and charting Is self-driven, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional development Is a positive team player Has MVA/WSIB experience (an asset, but training is available) Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and implement individualized treatment plans Delegate portions of treatment to a Physiotherapy Assistant when appropriate Monitor and document client progress Build strong rapport with clients and coworkers Participate in community outreach initiatives Communicate with referral sources Complete online charting and exercise program development Complete required forms as needed What We Offer Full administrative support including reception, scheduling, invoicing, and billing A friendly, supportive team environment A growing patient base An outstanding reputation within Vineland and surrounding communities One-on-one mentorship for new graduates We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, organized, and caring, and who is interested in developing a long-term professional partnership with strong growth potential.
