Experienced Business Analyst Location: PCS CA~TORONTO Years of Experience: 10-15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an Experienced Business Analyst with over 8 years of expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications, while ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into solutions that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discussions. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria based on business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analysis, gap analysis, and recommend business process improvements. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, track defects, and obtain business sign-off. Perform impact analysis, manage requirement changes, maintain traceability, and ensure alignment with project scope. Support end-to-end project implementation, resolve functional issues, maintain documentation, and ensure solutions meet business objectives. Mandatory Skills Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Expert Stakeholder Management & Communication - Advanced BRD / FRD & User Story Documentation - Expert Agile / Scrum & Jira - Advanced UAT Planning & Execution - Expert Preferred Skills Experience with change management processes. Knowledge of additional project management methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are a plus.
