The Visitlethbridge.com Arena is currently accepting applications for Concession Alcohol Servers As a Concession Server your role involves: - Providing friendly and efficient customer service at concession - Following all ALGC ProServe And Visitlethbridge.com Arena protocols - Accurately taking and preparing patron’s drink orders - Entering sales transactions on Point of Sales (P.O.S.) system - Completing transactions via appropriate method; cash, credit card, debit card or gift card - Assist on Food side by direction of supervisor on light alcohol events - General clean-up of work areas throughout the event and at end of shift - Assisting patrons with general facility inquiries and/or questions - Providing an overall positive fan experience - The Alcohol role is not limited to concession service but can include Specialty Concessions, In- seat Service, Beer Tubs, or Hawking. QUALIFICATIONS: When it comes to customer service the successful applicants will be friendly, engaging, enjoy working with people. These candidates will be efficient and pay attention to details while serving goods and handling cash, performing clean up tasks and other related duties as required. You must possess some knowledge of appropriate serving methods, Alberta Liquor laws and are knowledgeable in the operation of a P.O.S. System. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess some related experience in mixing drinks and efficient pouring from beer taps in a fast paced environment. AGLC ProServe Certification is required at time of hire. As a representative of the City of Lethbridge Visitlethbridge.com Arena, you are friendly, outgoing and enjoy working in public service.

Provide friendly and efficient alcohol service to patrons at various concession points and specialty areas. Responsibilities include processing transactions via POS systems and maintaining a clean work environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid AGLC ProServe Certification. Experience in mixing drinks and pouring from beer taps in a fast-paced environment is required.
