We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Part-Time Practice Manager to join our growing aesthetics clinic. With locations in Calgary’s South and North, we are committed to providing personalized skin enhancement, anti-aging, and rejuvenation solutions while creating an exceptional patient experience. About the Role The Practice Manager is the backbone of our practice, overseeing day-to-day operations while helping drive growth, team performance, patient satisfaction, and profitability. We are looking for someone who is confident leading a team, passionate about aesthetics and patient care, and motivated by achieving meaningful business results. What You’ll Do Lead Operations: Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, inventory, policies, procedures, and practice efficiency. Elevate the Patient Experience: Ensure every patient interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service, education, safety, and personalized care. Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to increase consultations, treatment conversions, average order value, referrals, and long-term patient retention. Lead & Develop the Team: Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture. Manage Performance: Establish and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly goals and use practice metrics to guide performance. Oversee Financials: Support budgeting, financial reporting, cost management, payments, collections, and profitability initiatives. Build the Business: Develop community relationships, local partnerships, referral opportunities, and other initiatives that generate new business. Partner With Leadership: Work closely with the physician/medical lead and ownership to evaluate business performance and implement strategic improvements.
