What You'll Do Turn Plans Into Action * Review purchasing requirements and create accurate purchase orders that support production and operational needs. * Manage order changes, revisions, and cancellations while maintaining accurate ERP records. Stay Ahead of Supply Risks * Monitor open orders and delivery commitments to identify potential delays before they impact operations. * Prioritize expediting efforts on the orders that matter most. Keep Teams Informed * Build productive relationships with suppliers and gather timely updates on orders, availability, and delivery commitments. * Share important information with stakeholders so decisions can be made quickly and confidently. Protect Data Accuracy * Maintain complete and accurate procurement records within the ERP system. * Resolve discrepancies before they affect inventory, receiving, invoicing, or reporting. What You'll Bring * Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. * 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or related experience. * Experience creating and managing purchase orders in an ERP environment, preferably Microsoft D365. * Experience within food manufacturing, dairy processing, or another regulated industry. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay composed when priorities shift. * SCMP designation, or progress toward a professional procurement designation, is an asset.
