WHAT YOU’LL DO Run Production with Confidence * Operate, start up, and shut down plant equipment to keep production flowing smoothly. * Monitor processes and respond quickly to maintain efficiency and meet daily targets. * Package and move finished product to meet customer and operational requirements. Protect Quality at Every Step * Follow GMP, HACCP, and quality standards to ensure consistent product integrity. * Perform product checks and record results accurately. * Support corrective actions when quality issues arise. Stay Safe, Look Out for Each Other * Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper PPE use. * Report and escalate risks, incidents, or unsafe conditions quickly. * Contribute to a strong safety culture through active participation. Keep Improving Together * Share ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Help identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
