WHAT YOU’LL DO Run Production with Confidence * Operate, start up, and shut down plant equipment to keep production flowing smoothly. * Monitor processes and respond quickly to maintain efficiency and meet daily targets. * Package and move finished product to meet customer and operational requirements. Protect Quality at Every Step * Follow GMP, HACCP, and quality standards to ensure consistent product integrity. * Perform product checks and record results accurately. * Support corrective actions when quality issues arise. Stay Safe, Look Out for Each Other * Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper PPE use. * Report and escalate risks, incidents, or unsafe conditions quickly. * Contribute to a strong safety culture through active participation. Keep Improving Together * Share ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Help identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * High school diploma; manufacturing experience (food or similar) is an asset * Familiarity with HACCP or quality systems is an asset * Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment * Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills * Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and following detailed processes * Forklift or pallet jack experience is a bonus MAKE AN IMPACT WHERE IT MATTERS This role is more than operating equipment — it’s about being part of a team that takes pride in doing things right.
