Services include physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, naturopathy, acupuncture, custom orthotics and bracing, compression therapy, laser therapy, and cupping. Located in Mississauga, Ontario, the clinic is committed to making healthcare personal, accessible, and centered on the individual rather than just the injury. Role Description This part-time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role is based at our clinic in Mississauga, ON. The Registered Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic and relaxation-based massage treatments tailored to individual client needs, supporting recovery, pain management, and stress reduction. Day-to-day tasks include performing thorough client assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other practitioners to deliver coordinated care. The role also involves educating clients on self-care, mobility, and wellness strategies, maintaining treatment room cleanliness and equipment, and supporting a welcoming, professional clinic environment. Qualifications Strong therapeutic skills in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, with the ability to adapt techniques to various client conditions and goals. Competence in specialized modalities such as Shiatsu and related manual therapy techniques for stress relief and musculoskeletal concerns. Demonstrated ability in Stress Management support, including client education on relaxation, self-care, and wellness practices. Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-centered approach, clear communication, and a professional, respectful manner. Current registration and good standing with the appropriate provincial regulatory body (e.g., CMTO), and valid professional liability insurance. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common musculoskeletal conditions, with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to maintain accurate treatment notes, manage time effectively, and adhere to clinic policies and infection control standards. Availability for evening or weekend shifts as needed and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
