VS Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre Inc. is located in Mississauga, Ontario and serves a diverse community of clients seeking comprehensive rehabilitation support. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Registered Massage Therapist based at our clinic in Mississauga, ON. The Registered Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on pain reduction, improved mobility, and overall wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting clinical notes, and collaborating with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other practitioners to support integrated care. The role also involves educating clients on home care, injury prevention, and wellness strategies, as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment. The therapist will contribute to a positive clinic culture and support scheduling, client follow-ups, and high-quality customer service. Qualifications Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), with valid liability insurance. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, with experience in therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massage techniques. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare providers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach and commitment to informed consent and professional ethics. Comfort with electronic charting, appointment scheduling systems, and basic computer skills for documentation and client management. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to manage a part-time caseload, including some evenings or weekends as needed. Experience in rehabilitation, sports injuries, or chronic pain management is an asset; additional training in modalities such as cupping or acupuncture-assisted care is considered beneficial.
