(Lattelove & HUE) As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on operational leader who enjoys solving problems, building teams, and improving execution. Position Summary "A proven operations leader who has successfully improved manufacturing execution in a complex environment." The Director of Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our manufacturing and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, working closely with department managers, solving operational challenges, improving processes, and ensuring customers receive their orders on time. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our operational discipline while helping build the foundation for future growth. Key Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved. Improve on-time delivery, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and labour efficiency. Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Finance to improve coordination and execution. Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve workflow. Build and implement KPIs, SOPs, and management routines. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles. Support ERP implementation and process standardization. Coach and develop supervisors and department managers. Ensure a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment. Partner with senior management to support long-term operational improvements. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience. Experience managing manufacturing operations in a medium or large manufacturing environment. Proven ability to improve operational performance and build strong teams. Experience implementing operational improvements, KPIs, Lean Manufacturing, or ERP systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities. Apparel manufacturing experience is an asset, but is not required. Candidates from consumer products, food manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, automotive, furniture, packaging, or other complex manufacturing industries are encouraged to apply.
