Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain travel options clearly and professionally to diverse clients. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and organize multiple client requests and tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy when preparing itineraries, pricing, and documentation. Familiarity with the Canadian travel market, cruise products, and tourism trends is highly beneficial. Previous experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or related fields is an asset; relevant certifications or training in travel services are advantageous.
