Front Desk & Office Coordinator at Warrington PCI Management & PCI Developments Vancouver, BC | Full-Time | In Office (Monday–Friday) Warrington PCI Management and PCI Developments are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Front Desk & Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our head office. As the primary point of contact for visitors, tenants, contractors, and employees, you will help ensure our office operates efficiently, professionally, and smoothly each day. This role combines front desk responsibilities, office administration, facilities redirection, and customer service. What You'll Do Manage front desk operations, incoming calls, and general inquiries Welcome visitors and coordinate meetings, boardrooms, and catering arrangements Coordinate mail, courier services, package deliveries, and document distribution Maintain office supplies, equipment, common areas, and vendor relationships Support office maintenance and service requests Process invoices, maintain records, and prepare monthly chargeback reports Assist with company events, office administration, and special projects Build positive working relationships with tenants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams What You'll Bring 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience Experience managing a multi-line phone system and high-volume inquiries Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach Experience with Yardi Voyager, PayScan, Canva, or Angus Anywhere is an asset Why Join Us?
