As a Hybrid Equipment Operator and Swing Driver with us the minimum responsibilities are: Operating heavy equipment to manage incoming recycled material, such as: front end loaders, skid steers, cardboard baler, and compactors Performing routine inspection and maintenance on equipment Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices Operating a variety of waste collections vehicles as needed by the business, including roll-off, front-end, and molok trucks. Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5AM to 2:30 PM. Must be available for rotating statutory holidays, call-ins and possible Overtime.
