As a Sorter with us the minimum responsibilities are: • Pre-sort, quality control sorting, and sort station maintenance in a state-of-the-art automated materials recovery/recycling plant. • Sorting and baling of various recyclable materials. • General housekeeping duties related to the warehouse and yard. • Daily maintenance of baling, sorting and belt-line equipment. What We Need From You: • Must be physically fit. • Good hand-eye coordination. • Safety conscious. • Motivated and productive. • Mechanical aptitude/maintenance experience an asset. • A criminal record check and successfully passing a substance test within a two-week period of their hiring date will be required.
