Culligan Water is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers. Responsibilities Delivery Company products such as bottled water, salt, water coolers, etc. to customer's home or place of business Load and unload truck, placing products in the safest and most effective manner possible Use cart or carry 5-Gallon water bottles to customers' residence or place of business Collect payment from customers and record transactions on customer receipt Inform regular customers of new products or services to seek more business Collect empty containers and rejected merchandise Qualifications Valid DZ License Clean Driver’s Abstract Ability to use a mobile device or tablet Able to regularly lift 50 lbs We Offer Compensation Hourly base pay Bonus pay Employee referral bonus Annual performance review (potential pay increase) Benefits Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Vision care Employee assistance program RRSP match (after three months) Work/Life Balance No weekends!
