Computer Numerical Control Machinist

Set up, program, and operate CNC and horizontal boring equipment to machine large industrial components and fabricated assemblies to engineering specifications. Inspect finished work, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain equipment and production records, follow safety and quality standards, and support junior machinists.

CNC (computer numerical control) machinist

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables. Repair machine tools and parts, and set up, adjust, and operate conventional and computer-controlled machinery.
