The supervisor is responsible for hiring, scheduling, and managing a team of 5-10 staff members for landscape construction and lawn care. Key duties include reading blueprints, ordering materials, and overseeing the construction of decks and retaining walls to improve property value.

Candidates must have a high school graduation certificate and between 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment under pressure.
