The Service Technician 1 is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and performing routine maintenance tasks in both vacant and occupied units. This includes executing repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as maintaining property grounds and common areas.

Learn and perform all aspects of apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs to ensure units are market-ready. Maintain property grounds, common areas, and amenities while providing excellent customer service to residents.
