Wellness Republic | Toronto, ON Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Wellness Republic is a premium wellness and movement destination bringing together Pilates, recovery, contrast therapy, IV therapy, and community under one roof. As a Front Desk & Member Experience Coordinator, you are one of the first and most important touchpoints of the Wellness Republic experience. You will welcome members and guests, manage the daily flow of the studio, support bookings and membership inquiries, and help ensure the entire space consistently feels polished, organized, and ready for every guest. We are looking for someone who is warm, confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Member & Guest Experience Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Manage check-ins for mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and wellness services. Provide studio tours and confidently explain our spaces, services, and member experience. Build relationships with members and help create a welcoming sense of community. Bookings, Memberships & Sales Assist with class and wellness-service bookings. Answer questions regarding memberships, packages, pricing, and services in person, by phone, and by email. Support prospective members through the inquiry and sign-up process. Identify opportunities to recommend memberships, services, and packages that best fit each guest’s needs. Support IV therapy and wellness appointments by ensuring required intake documentation has been completed. Studio Operations Help manage the daily flow of classes, appointments, instructors, practitioners, and members. Reset and prepare reformer equipment and studio spaces between classes. Monitor member areas throughout the shift to ensure they remain organized, stocked, and presentation ready. Assist with opening and closing procedures as required. Studio Standards & Daily Upkeep Every member of our team contributes to maintaining the Wellness Republic environment. During quieter periods, responsibilities include: Collecting, washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels. Regularly inspecting and refreshing washrooms and changing areas. Tidying the lounge, reception, and common areas. Restocking amenities and supplies. Wiping down surfaces and maintaining a clean, polished, clutter-free environment. Proactively identifying anything that could impact the member experience and addressing or escalating it promptly. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in boutique fitness, wellness, luxury hospitality, hotels, spas, or a customer-facing environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable discussing memberships, services, and pricing with prospective members. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a premium environment. Positive, proactive, and willing to step in wherever needed. Genuine interest in fitness, wellness, recovery, and hospitality. Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Availability for a combination of early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
