We are currently looking for a full-time Supply Chain Technician, RMA and Hardware to join our team in Richmond, British Columbia. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, RMA and Hardware, the Supply Chain Technician’s primary role is to successfully perform preparation work on a large range of hardware and cabling. The role is described as a mid-level position for someone who has an interest in working with their hands. Enjoys troubleshooting and fault finding of electronics or working with general electrical hardware. All training required will be offered on the job to the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Perform successful repetitive preparation work on a large range of hardware and cabling Prepare and configure networking equipment Test, troubleshoot and repair customer equipment Document preparation procedures and any configuration requirements Review and contribute to process improvements Ad-hoc tasks requested by manager pending business needs Experience and Knowledge 3+ years of experience in hardware or relevant role is desired Qualification in radio or electronics is desired or ractical experience to an equivalent level Knowledge of Windows OS computers (XPe, XP, Win7, and Win10 IoT operating systems) Knowledge of electronic fault finding Solid technical, analytical and problem-solving skills Precise attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Written and verbal communication skills Solid organization skills Strong ability to work effectively both in a team environment and as an independent contributor Base salary of $50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
