The Bowling Counter Attendant manages lane assignments, processes payments, and provides equipment to guests while maintaining a clean and organized counter area. They also support other departments through cross-training and provide information about the facility to ensure a positive guest experience. Applicants should have a friendly personality and a willingness to learn new operational processes. Prior experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred, and candidates must be able to obtain ProServe certification.
