You'll Do: * Work in a variety of areas, which may include sorting, stacking, and piling lumber * Handling and lifting materials * Operate production equipment as assigned * Assist other processing workers * Assist with the routine maintenance and cleaning of the sawmill equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues to the team. * Other general labourer responsibilities * Repetitive tasks * Strict adherence to company safety standards and follow Safe work practices such as Lock-out, Pre-task hazard assessments, etc. * Standing for extended periods You have: * Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment * Availability to perform day and night shifts as needed * Good physical condition * Ability to work repetitive tasks * Ability to work as a positive team member * Strong commitment to follow all safety guidelines and protocols, wearing the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and taking precautions to maintain a safe work environment. * Reliable and Excellent work ethic. * Desire to learn, grow and succeed. * No experience required.
