The Scoop Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Load-Haul-Dump equipment to transport ore and waste material. They also perform equipment inspections, maintain underground services, and assist with various mining cycle tasks to meet production targets. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of underground hard rock mining experience, preferably as a Scoop Operator. Strong knowledge of mine safety procedures, ground control, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in underground conditions are required.
