Westcan is currently seeking a Professional Class 1 Driver to join our team, with a focus on hauling propane and fuel in Super B tankers Shift: 5 days on – 2 days off followed by 5 days on - 3 days off About the position: What you bring: - Class 1/AZ License with a minimum of 2 years of recent highway experience. - Super B, tanker and off-road experience are a strong asset; on-site drug and alcohol screen, job abilities assessment, and company paid criminal record search. Rate of Pay: Total Base Rate: $31.00 Premium: $1.90 - 2.40 Good Operations Bonus - based on a 55 hour week $0.99 Attendance Bonus - based on 55 hours per week, the hourly equivalent earnings for a full attendance bonus at 5.77%: $1.96 Total pay for regular hours: $35.85 Plus $2.35 for hours between 10 PM – 5 AM local time and on weekends Total Compensation: * Bonus opportunity * Paid ($29.45/hour) on-the-job training will be provided to all employees * OT after 55 hours a week * Immediate Benefits for you and your family – no waiting 90-days! * Group RRSP matching that increases with seniority (starts at 2% matching per year) * Post-secondary scholarship opportunities for your children * Referral reward payments up to $2,000 available per successful hire (certain conditions apply) * Personal Protective Equipment is provided to all employees We have a strong culture of teamwork, with a balance of seriousness and fun. Requirements
