Join our team as Calgary Shop Manager—an excellent opportunity for an experienced or up and coming fleet repair and maintenance leader to make an impact, support operational excellence, and lead a skilled shop team. Our shop is open 7 days a week, so while this is generally a Monday to Friday role on site, at times, the Shop Manager will need to be onsite outside of regular business hours. Responsibilities: * Supervising and supporting employees. Scheduling work, approving holidays, monitor staffing levels. * Control and manage workflow in the shop. * Manage standard repair times, prioritize required repairs, and oversee work quality. * Responsible for communicating and coordinating any equipment needed in the shop with Operations. * Participating in employee relations, such as dispute resolution, discipline, and communications in conjunction with leadership and human resources. * Creating and maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications: * Licensed Heavy Equipment Technician or experience to supplement. * Demonstrated supervisory experience and relevant skills required. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a service driven mindset. The Shop Manager is responsible for supervising the shop team, managing workflow, and ensuring high-quality equipment repairs. They also handle employee relations, scheduling, and coordination with operations to maintain a productive work environment.

Candidates must have a licensed Heavy Equipment Technician qualification or equivalent experience. Demonstrated supervisory experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment are required.
