The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. They lead a team of quality professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or an aerospace-related field and possess at least 5 years of experience in a quality team. A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience and a strong understanding of AS9100, Nadcap, and Canadian Aviation Regulations are required.
