They are responsible for conducting site inspections, leading incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with OH&S and environmental legislation.

The Driller is responsible for overseeing drilling operations, operating rig equipment, and supervising the drilling crew. They must ensure safety protocols are followed, maintain accurate records, and mentor crew members in safe work practices.

The BOP Shop Service Technician is responsible for performing shop and field equipment maintenance, including BOP and frac head rig ups and repairs. They also provide technical support to personnel and ensure all equipment servicing documentation is submitted accurately.

The Derrickhand is responsible for the safe handling of drill strings and drilling fluid systems at the rig site. They must also assist the Driller with equipment maintenance, pipe handling during tripping operations, and monitoring mud circulation.
