Come and be a part of this growing business! Job Description Westminster Toyota is currently seeking a full time Service Appointment Coordinator and Receptionist to join our busy Service Department. This role is responsible for answering customer phone calls and directing those calls to the correct Service team members. This person will also book appointments over the phone for customers and respond and book appointments that come in as an email request. The appointment coordinator is responsible for making outgoing reminder phone calls, running daily reports on the computer and working directly with the public. We are looking for someone who is happy, outgoing and enjoys helping people. Qualifications You must possess the following qualifications: Strong organizational skills Excellent telephone manners Experienced at working on a team Strong computer skills (Reynolds and Reynolds experience an asset but not mandatory) Self starter that is capable of working independently Experienced at providing excellent customer service Solutions oriented individual Additional Information This is a full time position.

Requirements

Candidates must have strong organizational and computer skills, along with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
